New brackish water reverse osmosis process
1, Full membrane process.
The main advantages of the full-film process are: simple process, short process route, small equipment, easy integration, low investment and operating costs, and easy automatic control of the whole machine.
2, The first-stage microfiltration was made of polyethylene sintered microfiltration membrane with an accuracy of 5 μm for coarse filtration; the second-stage microfiltration was polymerized. The propylene folding film has an accuracy of 0.2 μm and is used for security filtration. The ultrafiltration membrane is made of polysulfone material and is spun into a hollow fiber membrane (30000 Daltons). The reverse osmosis membrane material is selected from aromatic polyamides having high tensile strength and solvent resistance.
3, A movable brackish water desalination device was developed and assembled to make the device movable and adapt to the needs of different regions. The device adopts continuous online monitoring and over-limit alarm control of operating pressure, influent flow, desalinated water flow and concentrated water flow, and set up shutdown and alarm system for reverse osmosis inlet underpressure and high pressure pump outlet overpressure. Safety protection device for permeable membrane cleaning and membrane damage prevention. The frequency conversion control is adopted to control the reasonable output power to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
4, The brackish water desalination simulation test was carried out with the above device. The experimental results show that when the total dissolved solids (TDS) of the raw water is as high as 22g/L, the TDS of the faded water is only 368mg/L, which can meet the drinking water quality standard. The water quality standard specifies TDS<1000mg/L). For all simulated brackish water, the removal rate of TDS is above 95%, and the rate of reduction of conductivity is also above 95%.
