100L/H RO containerized water desalination treatment plant with price

Process Flow:Source water tank →Feed water pump → muti- media filter(sands filter) → active carbon filter → water softener(or inhibitor dosing)→Security filter →UF system →UF tank →RO booster pump →high-pressure pump→ RO system → RO tank →UV sterilization(UF&RO potable water treatment plant,Underground water ….,River water treatment plant

Revesse osmosis system Detail specification:

1 Sand filter - mainly used for the removal of the sediment from water.
2 Carbon filter--mainly used for chlorine removal and other organic gases, also to clear up the taste of water.
3 Water Softener--Exchange "Ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
4 High pressure pump- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane.
5 RO Unit-- The main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions.
6 Pure water tank:After the below process,The water result is pure enough for different application.

Main process

1. Quartz sand filter
It is used to remove suspended solids, colloids, silt, clay, humus, particles and other impurities; to reduce water turbidity and to make water clean. Treated water SDI is ≤4.

2. Active Charcoal Filter
Active charcoal( Active carbon) filter uses activated carbon on which surface has a lot of hydroxyl and carboxyl functional groups can be of various substances in the nature of chemical adsorption removal of odors, organics, colloids, iron and chlorine, while reducing water color, turbidity, reduced pollution of the membrane, treated water chlorine residual 0.1ppm

3. Water softener
Filled with resin to exchange ions, reduce the hardness of water and it can be regenerated with brine.

4. Polishing filter
There's polypropylene material filled to filtrate particles more than 5 Micron. It can stop the particles coming from the pretreatment process and lower the chance of pollution to the membrane.

5. RO system
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification technology that uses a semipermeable membrane to remove ions, molecules, and larger particles from drinking water. In reverse osmosis, an applied pressure is used to overcome osmotic pressure, a colligative property, that is driven by chemical potential differences of the solvent, a thermodynamic parameter. Reverse osmosis can remove many types of dissolved and suspended species from water, including bacteria, and is used in both industrial processes and the production of potable water. The result is that the solute is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side. To be "selective", this membrane should not allow large molecules or ions through the pores (holes), but should allow smaller components of the solution (such as solvent molecules) to pass freely.

6. UV filters
UV filters are individual compounds or mixtures to prevent ultraviolet (UV) light from getting through. UV filters are used in sunscreens to protect skin or in photography to reduce the level of ultraviolet light that strikes the recording medium.

Historically, photographic films were mostly sensitive to UV light, which caused haziness or fogginess, and in color films a bluish hue. Therefore, as a standard, a UV (blocking) filter was used, transparent to visible light while filtering out shorter ultraviolet wavelengths. However, newer photographic film and digital cameras are highly insensitive to UV wavelengths. UV filters are sometimes referred to as L37 or L39filters, depending on the wavelengths of light that they filter out; an L37 filter removes ultraviolet light with a wavelength shorter than 370 nm, whereas an L39 filter eliminates light with a wavelength shorter than 390 nm.
