Reverse osmosis water quality requirements
1. The requirements of water temperature for reverse osmosis equipment, reverse osmosis membrane components have certain requirements for water quality. The composite membrane produced by high temperature membrane components requires the inlet water temperature to be controlled at 0~45 °C, and the cellulose acetate membrane requires water. The water temperature is controlled at 0~40 °C.
2. For the inlet pressure requirement, the maximum inlet pressure of the industrial membrane used for the treatment of brackish water is 600 psi (4.16 MPa), and the maximum inlet pressure of the desalination membrane is 1200 psi (8.27 MPa).
3. The highest influent flow rate of the membrane, the maximum influent flow rate of the 8 membrane elements is 75 gpm (17 t/h). The maximum influent flow rate of the four membrane elements is 16 gpm (3.6 t/h).
