The two-stage reverse osmosis pure water equipment is the first stage reverse osmosis permeate water and then sent to the second stage reverse osmosis system by the second stage high pressure pump to obtain pure water.
Two-stage reverse osmosis pure water equipment process
Original water tank → raw water booster pump → multi-media filter → activated carbon filter → ion softener → security filter → first-stage high-pressure pump → first-stage RO reverse osmosis system → secondary booster pump → secondary RO reverse osmosis system → EDI ultra pure water device (optional) → ozone sterilization equipment (optional) → pure water tank.
Two-stage reverse osmosis pure water equipment features:
1 The original water tank liquid level protection function: If the pure water tank pure water exceeds the high liquid level, the controller turns off the hydration. If the liquid level falls back, restart the hydration.
2 waterless protection function: If the raw water is broken, the controller closes the entire RO system to prevent the pump from pumping. If the water supply is restored, the system is automatically restarted.
3 pure water tank liquid level protection function, such as pure water tank pure water exceeds high liquid level, the controller closes the entire RO system. If the liquid level falls back, restart the system. The two water tanks are interlocked.
3 low-voltage protection function, such as low pressure, close the entire RO system.
4 high voltage protection function, such as high pressure overpressure, the controller closes the entire RO system.
After the tap water is treated by the first-stage reverse osmosis system, the conductivity of the produced water is <10μS/cm, and the conductivity of the produced water after the second-stage reverse osmosis system is <5μS/cm or lower. After the reverse osmosis system, the ion exchange equipment or EDI equipment can produce pure water with a resistivity of 18 megohms (conductivity = 1 / resistivity).
