Stainless steel bag filters range from single-bag, double-bag to multi-bag filters, all of which are closed filters, and their working principle is pressure filtration. The entire bag filter system consists of three parts: a filter container, a support basket and a filter bag. The liquid to be filtered flows in from the top of the filter bag supported by the support basket, which allows the liquid to be evenly distributed throughout the filter surface so that the flow distribution throughout the filter medium is uniform and there is no negative effect of turbulence.
The liquid flows from the inside of the filter bag to the outside of the bag, and the filtered particulate impurities are trapped inside the filter bag, so that the filter bag is not contaminated when the filter bag is replaced, and the cleaning of the filter system is also convenient. The handles designed in the filter bag make the filter bag change quick and easy.
Stainless steel filter is an indispensable device on the conveying medium pipeline, usually installed in the pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, fixed water level valve, and the inlet device of other equipment of the square filter. When the filter has a filter cartridge of a certain size filter, the impurities are blocked. When the filter needs to be cleaned, the detachable filter cartridge can be taken out and reloaded after the treatment, so that the maintenance is extremely convenient.
