Bottle conveying system:

The bottle conveying system adopts 304 stainless steel star wheel. Except for the star wheel, all the star

wheels are transported by card bottleneck and bottom plate. The bottle is directly transported to the bottle

The punching pliers adopt a snap-in structure, which does not touch the thread of the bottle mouth, the

bottle is stable, and the bottle is washed with high pressure.

Rotary filling section

The contact parts with the product are both 304 stainless steel, and the inner and outer surfaces of the

filling cylinder are mirror polished. The filling system adopts a filling cylinder and a bottle lifting method to

Rotary cover rotary sealer part

The capping head is magnetically screwed and has an overload protection function, and the capping

torque is stable and reliable. The cover has no cover, high cover, cover, and curling. The screw cap

sliding shaft adopts a rolling bearing structure to guide the sliding shaft to the center.

Cover and lower cover:

Horizontal pneumatic cover structure, 304 stainless steel cover bin, 304 stainless steel lower cover slot,

cover compartment and lower cover slot with electronic coverless detection system, automatic control of

the cap feeder and the whole machine running speed. It can realize no bottle, no cover, lower cover, and

no cover automatically stop.

Power system: with frequency conversion speed regulation, each moving machine component is gear

transmission, each of the bottle wheel gears are oil nylon gears.

Electrical control system: sealed electric control box, 304 stainless steel material, variable frequency

stepless speed regulation, PLC industrial computer control, touch screen display. The whole machine has

the function of bottle capping, no bottle and no capping.
